Joan is a people development specialist. She works extensively with individuals, teams and organisations to envision their future, inspire personal responsibility and effect successful transformation and change.

As an effective speaker, facilitator and coach, Joan is successful at building relationships at all levels and at unleashing motivation, vision, talent and capability in order to achieve progress.

She is passionate about making change a positive experience, achieving customer service excellence, developing talent and releasing the potential in every individual.

Joan has a BA in English and an MSc in Information Systems and Technology from City University. She is CIPD and Level A & B qualified.

Joseph is an executive coach and specialist in strategy and scenario planning. He works with senior executives visioning, reviewing governance structures, devising strategies to improve business results and benchmarking top talent.

In addition to broad experience undertaking best value reviews and process improvement, Joseph has particular interest in quality, efficiency and the customer experience.

Joseph is a former chair of the Board of Penrose and a board member of Rich Mix, a thriving centre for arts, culture and entrepreneurship in the East End of London.

Joseph has a talent for clear thinking, inspiring others to find solutions and a natural ability to see things from many perspectives. He has a BSc in Psychology, an MBA from Middlesex University and coaching accreditation from CoachU.
